Dr. Dennis and Jennifer Van Meter have built this company from the ground up. Dr. Van Meter received his bachelor degree from the Ohio State University in 1992 and Jennifer received her bachelor degree from UT of Chattanooga in 1998. Dr. Van Meter proceeded to the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry for dental training and graduated in 1997. Currently, he is in private practice in Dayton‚ Tennessee and President of Dennis J. Van Meter Dentistry. The Van Meter’s have owned and operated many successful business ventures for over 20 years including dentistry, real estate, restaurants, and now, hospitality. They started Van Meter Hotels in 2015 with the goal of providing superior service and experiences. They currently live in Dayton with their three children‚ Zach‚ Grant and Ella.
Jamie Brady
Executive Director
Jamie Brady has been with Van Meter Hotels since 2015 in various managerial roles such as Director of Operations, General Manager, and Brand Specialist. Jamie is responsible for maintaining operational excellence with a strong commitment to brand standards, property aesthetics, and overall hotel efficiency. The properties under her direction have excelled with both guests and their respective brands, as indicated by the various Guest Review and Brand Awards. Her passion for serving guests and encouraging staff has been the primary motivating factor in her high-level performance. Before joining Van Meter Hotels, she graduated from Rhea County High School in 1996 and received her Associates Degree in Business Management from Chattanooga State in 2015. She has also worked in various industries throughout her career, which has given her important insight and experience that has been crucial to her success in the Hospitality Industry.
